John Miller - Owner
Realizing that I am not the only young man to lay claim to the honor of having this experience, I put the first wrench to an automobile at age 2.
By age 6, I was working with my father at the Kuni Cadillac-BMW dealership in Beaverton, Oregon. I began with metal repairs while at the same time working with my Dad on similar projects out of his garage at home.
Dad began auto body repairs in 1958 and opened his first MAB in 1965. In 1985, I left public school to go to work for my Dad at a Ford dealership in Forest Grove Oregon as an apprentice Auto Body tech.
In 1990 I started work at Automotive Technologies in Portland, Oregon where I got my first taste of exotic auto body repair working on high-end luxury vehicles. By 1991 I became a Journeyman Collision repair tech.
In 1992 I began my own brand of Miller Auto Body and in 2001 I went to work entirely for myself as a result of the push for the use of aftermarket parts.
