Step 1: The customer contacts us for a repair estimate.
Step 2: We write up the estimate and ask the customer to contact their insurance company to turn in the claim and obtain a claim number.
Step 3: The customer relay's the claim number to us.
Step 4: Miller's emails the estimate to the insurance company.
Step 5: We typically receive an email back from the insurance company with a counter proposal.
* We begin work immediately after the customer calls us for help. The steps listed above are follow up actions as we make repairs to the vehicle.
We Are Independent
Most auto body shops in the country have contracts with the insurance companies which makes them servants to these companies. We cannot serve two masters, you and the insurance companies. Both interests are not aligned, as some would think. We are independent. This means we have no contract in place to serve these companies over you. We work with your insurance, but we are not bound to them. This gives us the freedom to serve you, the customer, according to your wishes and deliver a high class service every time.
